Ok - so I had good intentions of blogging more frequently...does that count?

Let's see...what's new...

I'm sitting in my Criminal Procedure Pre-Trial class...it's interesting...but it's Summer...I should be sitting at the house right now! Well...actually getting started on the painting...we've made progress...cleaned up the bedroom so we can get to all 4 walls...went to the store and got samples of what color "white" we'll need for the trim...Duck white...or White Duck, can't remember the order, but you get the gist, if you were wondering. We've also picked out the color for the wall but I don't remember the name of that one, sorry, you'll just have to come see it when it's done! ;-) Actually when we buy the paint, I'll know the name of it at that point.

I got my grades yesterday...pretty good...2 B's...1 C+...& 2 C's....I was hoping for a little better, but I'm not upset at all with them, it was a good semester overall! The 2 C's were in classes that had pre-req's that I hadn't had yet, so I can't complain.

Work has been SUPER BUSY lately...and will continue to be so for at least 3 or 4 more weeks...*sigh*...I'm ready for the Spin to be done with! There's some of my co-workers that I"ll miss a bunch - actually most of them I'll miss! But there's one in particular, that I'm ready for her to be gone...she's "nice"...but she's a whiner! No one works as hard as her, even though we all have more work that we can get done...and life's just so hard for her etc.

Ok...I've run out of things to talk about now....that's kinda sad...I used to be able to ramble on and on...but I'm blocked right now...oh well...guess that'll have to do to hold you over until next time...(granted depending on how class goes...that could be a little later tonight! LOL - don't expect it though! ;-) )

Ya know - I've been thinking...(I know - scary thought!)...I hate it when people don't update their blogs very often, and I go check out their site...and then it hit me...maybe I should update mine more often as well! I know novel idea right! Someone add one more hour in the day and I'll make sure it's done daily on the 25th hour of each day! ;-)

Summer class is going well...I find the subject VERY interesting...The class is Criminal Procedure Pre-Trial...so far it's been a class on illegal search and seizure...very interesting! It's only an 8 week class, and Monday begins week THREE!?! WOW! It's gonna fly by I can tell already, but I think that's a good thing cause interesting things go fast...if it were boring it'd DRAG by! :-) The Prof is nice...very energetic...and obviously happy to be there (I mean that in a good way...)...and enjoys the subject matter.

Work is CRAZY! Getting ready for Spin day...which is mid July...I'm ready for it to be over, and life to slow down a little up here! Obviously I really should get back to work...so I guess I will...

At least now you have something to read! :-) I'll try to be better...

2 years!! WOW!

Two years ago today...I was blessed to be joined in Holy Matrimony with a wonderful man! My sweet wonderful husband! At times it's like it couldn't have been 2 years already, and at other times it's like it's only been 2 years?!?.

This weekend we went to Branson for a weekend away. Went to Dixie Stampede. That was FUN! S-I-L you'd LOVE it! We did some shopping...spent too much money...and headed back yesterday...wanted to stay gone through today, but couldn't get off work (it's day 3 of close) - I'm gonna have to get outta the accounting field if I'm gonna be off for our anniversary ever! (guess it's a good thing I'm working towards that huh! ;-) )

Was gonna wait and post a picture of us tonight, but I know me, and it'll never happen, so I'd better post while I'm thinking of it! :-)

Ok - since it's day 3 I better get busy...TTYL
